एएनएम (सीएचए-अर्बन): एएनएम/जीएनएम व पश्चिम बंगाल नर्सिंग काउंसिल पंजीकरण, आयु 21–40, पूर्व बर्धमान का स्थायी निवासी। स्टाफ नर्स: जीएनएम/बी.एससी नर्सिंग, अधिकतम आयु 40। फार्मासिस्ट: डी.फार्मा, आयु 18–40। मल्टी रिहैबिलिटेशन वर्कर: बी.एससी फिजियोथेरेपी + 2 वर्ष अनुभव। टीबीएचवी/एसटीएस/एसटीएलएस: विज्ञान स्नातक, आयु 21–40।
