मेडिकल ऑफिसर आयुष (एमएचटी): बीएचएमएस/बीएएमएस/बीयूएमएस, इंटर्नशिप व काउंसिल पंजीकरण। फार्मासिस्ट: डी.फार्मा (एलोपैथिक) व पश्चिम बंगाल फार्मेसी काउंसिल पंजीकरण। स्टाफ नर्स: जीएनएम व पश्चिम बंगाल नर्सिंग काउंसिल पंजीकरण। अधिकतम आयु 40 वर्ष (01.01.2026 को)। पश्चिम बंगाल का स्थायी निवासी व बांग्ला का ज्ञान आवश्यक।
