राज्य/केंद्र सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से मैट्रिक/समकक्ष उत्तीर्ण (ऑनलाइन आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि तक)। भारतीय नागरिक होना अनिवार्य।
