पूर्व कारगिल जिले का डोमिसाइल आवश्यक। पदवार योग्यता: मैट्रिक (क्लास-IV, अटेंडेंट आदि; ड्राइवर हेतु LMV लाइसेंस; तकनीशियन/मैकेनिक/पेंटर हेतु ITI), 10+2 (VLW, ग्राम सेविका, वेट फार्मासिस्ट; लैब असिस्टेंट 10+2 विज्ञान + कोर्स), स्नातक (जूनियर असिस्टेंट - कंप्यूटर कोर्स व 35 wpm टाइपिंग; लाइब्रेरी असिस्टेंट - लाइब्रेरी साइंस)। आयु 01.01.2026 को 18-40 वर्ष, श्रेणीवार छूट।
