The Project Officer-cum-District Welfare Officer, BCW & TD, Jalpaiguri (Memo No. 2220/PO-DWJ/BCW dated 14.10.2026) will engage retired Govt. of West Bengal employees as Additional Inspector, BCW & TD on contractual basis for 4 posts (Mal Municipality, Mal Block, Banarhat Block and Rajganj Block). Applications in the Annexure-I format must reach the BCW section of the DM office, Jalpaiguri by 20.11.2026 (5 PM); interview on 02.12.2026 at 12 noon.

Eligibility & age limit
Only retired Inspector BCW & TD / Extension Officer / Head Clerk / UD Clerk of Govt. of West Bengal with last pay scale Rs 7,100–37,600 (GP 3,600, ROPA 2009) or Level-9 (ROPA 2019). Upper age limit 64 years as on 01.01.2027 or date of joining, whichever is later. Special preference to retired BCW & TD employees.
