Eligibility & age limit
Age 19–40 years as on 01.01.2026. Rural Home Guard: permanent resident of the concerned Latehar block; minimum 7th pass. Urban Home Guard: resident of Latehar urban area; minimum Matric (10th) pass. Height/chest as in Advt 01/2026. Technical Urban posts need relevant technical proficiency.
