ISRO SDSC SHAR Apprentice 2026 - 400 Positions (Graduate, Diploma, Trade, Vocational)
Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR (ISRO), Sriharikota invites applications for 400 apprenticeship positions under the Apprentices Act 1961 (notification No. SDSC SHAR/SCF/P&GA-II/Apprentice/2026 dated 06.11.2026): 50 Engineering Graduate, 60 Non-Engineering Graduate, 35 Technician (Diploma), 60 Diploma (DCCP), 180 Trade and 15 Vocational apprentices. Training period is 12 months; monthly stipend Rs 9,600 to Rs 12,300 by category. Apprenticeship gives no claim to a job at SDSC SHAR/ISRO.

Eligibility & age limit
Engineering Graduate: BE/B.Tech in relevant discipline, first class with min 60% / 6.32 CGPA. Non-Engineering Graduate: B.Sc (Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Electronics/Computer Science)/B.Com/BA, first class with min 60% / 6.32 CGPA. Technician: Diploma in relevant discipline, first class with min 60% / 6.32 CGPA. Trade: SSLC/SSC + ITI/NTC (NCVT) in relevant trade. Vocational: 2-year vocational course certificate after secondary (AICTE recognized). Graduates and diploma holders must have passed in 2022 or later. Those who already did/are doing apprenticeship or have 1+ year experience are not eligible.

How to apply
- Register on NATS (nats.education.gov.in) for graduate/diploma, or NAPS (apprenticeship.gov.in)
- Then apply online on UMANG portal - search 'SDSC SHAR Apprenticeship' - between 06.11.2026 and 26.11.2026
- Aadhaar must be seeded with bank account and DBT-enabled; queries only by email to apprenticeship@shar.gov.in
